Information you share

When you contact YCRPC Yacht Charters & Rentals Punta Cana, you may provide your name, contact details, travel date, guest count, preferred boat, route and other trip preferences. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your requested charter.

On boat pages, selecting “Send availability request” submits your details to our server. We save the inquiry with a reference and email it to our team, and send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Reviewing the details alone does not submit them. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed for this service. Request records and delivery status help us follow up and avoid duplicate notifications.

The separate Contact page prepares a WhatsApp message; that message reaches us when you send it in WhatsApp. Please provide only information needed for your trip. Do not include card numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

Email and WhatsApp

You can contact us by email or WhatsApp. These services handle communications under their own terms and privacy practices. Messages you send are received by our business contact account, together with contact information made available by the service.

Read WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Opening your email application or a WhatsApp link does not by itself confirm a reservation.

Security checks, maps and technical data

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals, and our server verifies the resulting token before accepting an availability request. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Our homepage embeds Google Maps to show departure areas. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies according to its settings and policies.

Hosting services may record technical information when you visit, including requested pages, IP addresses and browser information. Browser settings let you manage cookies; restricting them may affect third-party features.

Please identify the inquiry and describe your request without sending identity documents in your first message. Any information needed to verify and respond to your request can be discussed directly. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
