How to reserve your boat, what to confirm before paying, and what happens if your plans change.
From inquiry to reservation
Availability buttons and inquiry forms start a conversation with our team. They do not create an instant reservation, hold a boat or generate a formal quote.
- Share your date, group size and preferred boat or departure.
- We check availability and discuss your route, inclusions and final price.
- Once the agreed deposit is received, your date and boat are reserved.
Prices shown are starting prices in USD per charter. Duration, guest count, extras and peak-season dates may affect the total. Confirm all inclusions and the final amount before paying.
Deposits & payments
The required deposit is confirmed for your selected boat. Deposit amounts vary, so do not assume the same amount applies to every charter.
Deposits can be paid by PayPal/card, Zelle or bank transfer. Any processing fee and the total deposit payment will be confirmed before you pay. The yacht quote emails specify PayPal for the deposit only, with the remaining balance payable in cash or via Zelle on the charter day. Confirm the payment options for your selected boat with our team.
Our website inquiry forms do not collect payments or card details.
Cancellation policy
The following standard cancellation rules apply, with the holiday policy below applying to holiday dates.

Weather & holiday dates
Severe weather and official restrictions
If cancellation is due to a severe natural phenomenon, excluding rain, or an official prohibition by the Dominican Navy, 100% of the deposit is refunded. Rain alone is excluded from this weather-refund provision. Where specified in your charter terms, rescheduling can be coordinated for severe rain when the Dominican Navy determines the charter cannot safely operate.
Holiday cancellations
For holiday dates, cancellations are charged 100% of the deposit. Holiday dates include December 24 through January 7 and Holy Week. Confirm the applicable Holy Week dates with our team for your travel year.
Contact us to discuss any overlap between holiday dates and an official weather-related cancellation. Routes and stops depend on the selected charter and sea conditions.
Meeting points & transfers
Confirm the departure area, exact meeting point and boarding time. Casa de Campo Marina is in La Romana, so allow for travel from Punta Cana.
Transfer arrangements, menus and other inclusions vary by boat and itinerary. Tell us where you are staying and ask whether pickup is included or available at an extra cost. Bring your own beach towels, as the charter information recommends.
